Спортивное приседание в мрачном зале

Create a vertical 9:16 video, 5 seconds long, as one uninterrupted shot with no cuts. Show a dark industrial gym with a realistic sports-film atmosphere: dramatic cinematic lighting, strong beams cutting through floating dust, deep black shadows, subtle cold-blue tones, and high contrast. Use the exact same athlete shown in the reference photo. Preserve the athlete’s face, skin tone, hairstyle or headwear, clothing, and body proportions without change from the first frame to the last. The athlete performs one controlled bodyweight squat. Begin standing upright with feet shoulder-width apart; lower by bending the hips and knees, keeping the heels planted, knees tracking over the toes, and torso controlled. Then rise smoothly to a stable upright stance. No jumping or bouncing. Film from a slightly low side angle with the full body in frame and a slow cinematic push-in. Leave clean negative space at the top or bottom for branding. No text, no logos, no watermarks.
