Мужчина в пальто под душем в советской ванной

Create a high-quality cinematic still from the Soviet movie “Irony of Fate, or Enjoy Your Bath” (1975). Use the uploaded photo as the reference for the single man's face, facial features, and facial hair. Frame the scene from slightly farther away in a wider cinematic shot. Show his entire upper body, leave additional space around him, and maintain a balanced composition in which the bathroom environment remains clearly visible. The setting is a small, typical Soviet apartment bathroom. Include white square ceramic tiles, a simple metal shower faucet, exposed pipes with plain fittings, basic Soviet toiletries on a wall shelf, and a yellowish plastic shower curtain suspended from a metal rod. Exclude modern objects and any modern interior elements. A man stands inside the bathroom fully dressed in a long, dark winter coat and a black fur ushanka-style hat worn indoors. Around his neck is a loosely wrapped, thick knitted wool scarf with a classic Soviet-era pattern in muted brown, beige, and dark red. Its texture is soft and slightly stretched; its wet ends hang at uneven lengths. Directly over his head, a fixed shower head pours water straight downward. He must NOT hold the shower. Instead, his hands hold a wet bath sponge (mochalka), compressing it slightly. Water streams down his coat, scarf, sleeves, and hands. Capture an accidental-looking gesture frozen midway through the action: his posture is awkward and slightly slouched, his shoulders rise beneath the falling water, his head tilts slightly downward, and his arms bend in front of his body. His expression is confused, lost, and slightly drunk, with an empty, thoughtful stare. He looks at nothing in particular, never at the camera. Keep the irony subtle and avoid exaggerated emotion. Light everything evenly with a simple overhead bathroom lamp. The illumination must feel like realistic everyday household lighting, without harsh shadows. Use the authentic palette of 1970s Soviet cinema: cool bluish-gray tones on the white tiles, muted warm browns, slight desaturation, gentle contrast, and a subtly faded film appearance. Retain sharp focus and high-resolution detail, natural skin texture, clearly defined fabric texture, and clean, authentic film grain. Do not introduce blur or noise artifacts. Convey absurd everyday realism, quiet Soviet comedy, and the feeling of an iconic domestic scene. The result should resemble a genuine frame from a movie rather than a staged photograph. No glamour, no fashion editorial treatment, and no stylization.
